These metrics are undoubtedly important, and I’m not suggesting they shouldn’t be monitored. However, do they truly offer an accurate representation of the business as a whole? From my perspective, they are highly valuable for the acquisition side of the business—particularly for assessing the performance of paid acquisition efforts. On the retention side, though, their usefulness seems more limited. What’s your take on this?
